By satisfying the increasing physical and cultural demands of 400 million people of 12 provinces in West China by the large mar-ket, strong capability of logistics and low price as the market devel-opment goal, the park project is seeking the reduction of intermedi-ate links of commodity circulation at maximum, restore the real price of material trade, improving the equity rights of consumer group and filling in the gap of mainland and costal economies. Thus, the max core attraction of central city in Qinba (Qinling Mountain-Daba Mountain) Area is pursued. Through the Level-I wholesale and retail market of park entered by the country of origin producer and manufacture of all kinds of com-modities around the world and op-eration from the park to the wholesale and retail market in Bazhong and the other western places, the platform of logistics in-frastructure with complete facility and overall function and the space combination of logistics enterprise with perfect service will be formed; additionally, the grand commerce & logistics park of core economy for all kinds of substance trade markets is covered.
The park project is built by three phases; wherein the first-phase project is covering 51.4 hectares with the investment of 1.2 billion yuan to build the stores of 360,000 m2, warehousing market and matched facility; the coverage of second phase project is 200 hectares and invested with 5 billion yuan to build the store, urban complexity, and residential commu-nity covering 3 million m2. After the overall completion of park, the 12 provinces (cities and districts) in the western part are the targeted market where there are 400 million targeted consumers and the annual turnover is 50 billion yuan.
At present, the park invest-ment has been over 1 billion yuan. In the field of 54.1 hectares of the first phase project, the cap-ping of building groups has been completed and the decoration of external wall has been commenced. The large-scale enterprises con-cerning park development valuing billion yuan, investment and fi-nancing, warehousing and process-ing, manufacture and sales of household furniture, stone materi-al, trade, sales of refined oil product and other areas from Xia-men, Quanzhou and other places have been entered the park with investment.
